Sheriff says "joints" were found for sale at Kentucky gas station

According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, an investigation by multiple agencies resulted in the arrest of Ravindra Patel of Somerset. He is the owner of a Kentucky gas station is accused of selling marijuana at the business.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department says a large amount of a “bud” flowery material and pre-rolled product “joints” were found for sale at the Highway 90 Shell Station in Monticello.

Patel was arrested Wednesday on a charge of trafficking in marijuana and has since been released from jail on bond.

The investigation is on going.
