Travis Ray Neeley

Travis Ray Neeley, 39, of Booneville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 following a sudden auto accident. 

     He was born January 22, 1985 in Richmond, Kentucky.  He was the son of the late Dennis “Herbie” Neeley and Sylvia Gumm and a former store clerk.  

Mr. Neeley is survived by his aunts Mrs. DeEtta Thomas and Ms. Bertha Bowling both of Booneville, Kentucky, little sis Miss Brittany Thomas of Booneville, Kentucky, and a host of relatives and friends.      

     Preceded in death was his parents Dennis Ray “Herbie” Neeley and Sylvia Gumm, two brothers Deron Gumm and Brain Keith Gabbard, grandparents Charlie and Dolly Bowling and Charlie and Lucinda Neeley.         

     A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.                                                                                           at the Marshall Cemetery, Wolfe Creek-Owsley County, Kentucky.  Officiating the service was Brother Terry Sandlin.    

     Searcy and Strong Funeral Home in charge of all the arrangements.
