Eulean (Bowman) Roberts

 Eulean (Bowman) Roberts, age 99, wend to her heavenly home on August 18, 2024. She was a resident of Laurel Village Assisted Living, and Laurel Heights Nursing Home. She was a homemaker who loved to cook and enjoyed tending to her flowers. A few years ago she won yard of the year. Also, she enjoyed Breathitt County Girls Basketball, and U.K. Basketball. She was also a Member of Corinth Baptist Church. She is survived by her children; James D. Roberts of London, Kentucky and Joyce Carolyn Mayes and husband Bob of Booneville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lucy (Burch) Bowman, by her husband of 64 years, Verlan Roberts, by her brothers; Ivan and Virgil Bowman, and by her nephews; Bernie, Larry, and Ivan Doyle Bowman.

     Funeral Services for Eulean (Bowman) Roberts will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, August 22, 2024 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Eulean (Bowman) Roberts will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 AM Thursday, August 22, 2024 until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to: Gideons International.
